Before we start your assignment we require a few necessary documents in order to funnel and start the search:

When we start the assignment, we are working exclusively for you.
This means that we only go to a viewing with candidates selected by us. It’s always possible that a real estate agent from another office with candidates is present on location during a viewing.
Normally it takes us 2 to 3 weeks to find a suitable new home.
We also offer off-market properties that come in to our portfolio very frequently. The housing market is currently quite overheat and that is why we are adding an extra 2 weeks in case it’s necessary.
From our clients we expect transparency and loyalty because we always get the job done.

The minimum rental budget is €1750 ex utilities and the success fee is always equal to one month of rent ex 21% VAT after we’ve signed the rental agreement between the new tenant and the rental company or home owner. Normally we need between 2 and 4 viewings to close a deal or sometimes even at the first viewing.
But again, if it’s off-market we can move fast.
